PARC founded in Inishowen, Co. Donegal with the help of Senator Jim Higgins and Dr Jerry Cowley. Petition set up campaigning for: 'Compulsory testing of all drivers involved in road traffic collisions for alcohol and drugs'. 5,000 signatures given to our Taoiseach Mr. Bertie Ahern in Inishowen.
